Since joining ONCAP, Jason has worked on the Ontivity (previously Enertech Holdings), International Language Academy of Canada, Mid-State Industrial Maintenance and Precision Concepts (previously IntraPac) transactions. He remains actively involved with Ontivity, Mid-State and Precision Concepts, and continues to evaluate and conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities in the Services and Industrials sectors.
Prior to joining ONCAP, Jason worked in the Investment Banking divisions of Canaccord Genuity and J.P. Morgan, both in Toronto.
Jason is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
