Since joining ONCAP, Luke has been actively involved in evaluating potential acquisitions and conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities.
Prior to joining ONCAP, Luke worked as an investment banking associate in the Financial Institutions Group and Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group at Bank of America across their Sydney and New York offices.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and is admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.
