Matt is responsible for all legal, regulatory and compliance aspects of Onex’ private equity business, including the Onex Partners and ONCAP platforms and Onex’ direct private equity activities.
Prior to joining Onex, Matt worked at Northleaf Capital Partners, a global private markets investment firm based in Toronto. Prior to that, he worked at Torys LLP in Toronto where he focused on private equity and broader private markets transactions.
Matt holds a J.D. from Dalhousie University and both a B.A. and B.Sc. from Queen’s University.
