Menka focuses on the company’s fundraising and investor relations efforts across the Onex platforms.
Prior to joining Onex, Menka was a Managing Director and Client Relationship Manager at The Carlyle Group focused on Institutional Investors across North America. Previously, Menka was a Managing Director at AGL Credit. She has also worked at Highland Capital focusing on Institutional Sales, and at Bloomberg, leading the launch of their capital introductions offering. Early in her career, Menka worked for FrontPoint Partners, a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
Menka is a Founding Board Member of the Columbia Business School Women’s Circle.
Menka holds a B.A. from Wellesley College, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
