Zach is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Onex Credit. As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, he is responsible for all legal and compliance matters related to Onex Credit and the investment portfolios managed by the firm.
Prior to joining Onex Credit, he practiced corporate law at Proskauer Rose LLP, with an emphasis on the representation of private investment fund sponsors.
Zach holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College.
